These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Maginvoice.com, a service provided by 3F Venture S.A., located at 9 rue du Laboratoire, 1911 Luxembourg (VAT: LU27795306). By accessing or using Maginvoice.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.
Maginvoice.com is a cloud-based invoicing platform designed for small and medium businesses in Europe. We provide digital tools to create, send, and manage invoices in compliance with EU standards.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. By using Maginvoice.com, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information
Keep your credentials confidential
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
Maginvoice offers both free and paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan:
You authorize us to charge your selected payment method
All fees are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise
You may cancel at any time, but no refunds are provided for partial billing periods
Pricing and features may change. We will notify you in advance of any material changes.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
Use the service for fraudulent or illegal transactions
Copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our systems
You retain ownership of all data you upload to the platform. We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of the information you input into the system.
You agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws, including but not limited to:
EU invoicing regulations
VAT obligations
Data protection laws (e.g. GDPR)
We do not provide legal or tax advice. You are responsible for your own compliance.
We aim to provide continuous access to our services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may suspend access temporarily for maintenance, upgrades, or security reasons.
We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from downtime or system errors.
You may terminate your account at any time through your user settings. We reserve the right to:
Suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms
Remove content that violates applicable law or these Terms
Upon termination, your access will be disabled, and your data may be deleted after a retention period in accordance with our data policy.
All intellectual property rights in the platform, including trademarks, logos, software, and content (excluding user data), are owned by 3F Venture S.A. or its licensors.
You may not reproduce or distribute any content without prior written consent.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, secure, or fit for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 3F Venture S.A. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or on the platform. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Luxembourg. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Luxembourg City.
